Anaerobic fermentation for 72 hours in cherries, 96 hours of pulping plus 24 hours of oxidation, then dried for 20 days on African beds. A super clean, natural-style coffee, floral and sweet, with notes of red and black fruits such as cherry and plum and a characteristic sweetness of figs with honey. Juicy body; a clean, fragrant and sweet aftertaste.
