A Sidra washed with a 48-hour anaerobic fermentation. Floral and fruity, with notes of red apple, red berries and peach over delicate white-flower aromatics. Bright citric acidity and a rounded fruit sweetness lead into a perfumed, delicately spiced finish — the extended fermentation adding extra depth and complexity to the cup.
